Detained in ICE Custody

Immigration and Customs Enforcements (ICE) is the enforcement agency working under Department of Homeland Security (DHS). ICE usually arrests immigrants or undocumented persons directly from jail or prison after the individual has completed criminal case sentencing.  However, ICE may also arrest an individual from his/her home as a result of the individual have a recent arrest or conviction.  Depending on the conviction, including any prior criminal history, the immigrant or undocumented person should consult with an immigration attorney because he/she may be eligible for bond, and possibly qualify for temporary or permanent lawful status.  Attorney, Kiran Nair has successfully represented many immigrants and undocumented persons before the Immigration Courts obtaining release from custody on a reasonable bond. If you have a loved one in criminal custody then it is in the interest of your family member to contact our office to determine eligibility for release on a reasonable bond and qualifications towards temporary or permanent lawful status.

It was an absolute pleasure having the opportunity to work with Kiran Nair. She knows how to treat her clients, and exemplifies a good understanding in her field of work. I would recommend Kiran Nair to any individual who is seeking assistance in criminal or immigration cases. I worked with Nair for about 2-3 years and she constantly maintained attentiveness towards my case. I am pleased with the outcome I received after hiring Kiran Nair. She is the epitome of a professional and knowledgeable lawyer.
